Dear NCCDP Community

I am thrilled to introduce myself as the new Clinical Director of the North Carolina Caring Dental Professionals Program (NCCDP). It is an honor to join such a dedicated organization committed to supporting wellness and education in the dental community.

With over 20 of experience treating professionals with mental health and substance use disorder challenges, I bring a deep understanding of the challenges of recovery and resources available to dental professionals. I bring knowledge, experience, and most importantly compassion to NCCDP. Fostering a culture of transparency, open communication, and support has been the focus of my initial role with NCCDP.

I have been collaborating with Dr. Bill Claytor, Executive Director, to gain knowledge of our current participants and our processes. We are developing new ways to support dental professionals in gaining the best mental health possible.

I am looking forward to meeting each of you and working together to find the best ways to support our dental professionals and their families. Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions, ideas, or concerns. Together, we will make a difference in the lives of our dental community.
